André K Malcolm obtained his LL.B. from the University of the West Indies in 1999 and C.L.E. from the Eugene Depuch Law School in 2001.
André was admitted to the Turks and Caicos Islands Bar in 2001 and to the Bar of the British Virgin Islands in 2003 where he also practiced until early 2006 when he returned to the Turks and Caicos to join Twa, Marcelin, Wolf.
André practices in the areas of real estate law, corporate law, commercial law, and employment law.
