Bruce R. Twa obtained his law degree from the University of Alberta in 1982 and was admitted to the bar in Alberta in July 1983. He has practiced in the Turks and Caicos Islands since July 1989 when he joined what was then Skatfeld & Associates. Mr. Twa practices in the real estate, company, commercial law, yacht registration, international finance and immigration fields.
